Spend a full day exploring Samburu’s distinctive wildlife. You’ll encounter the Special Five: Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, gerenuk, and Beisa oryx—all species found only in this part of Kenya. The colors of the land, gold, rust, and acacia green, will follow you throughout the day.
Step out on foot with experienced Samburu guides. Learn the stories told by animal tracks, the uses of native plants, and the history of this ancestral land. In the afternoon, you can relax by the Ewaso Ng’iro River or visit a Samburu village. The pace here is different; more human, more connected.
Take a bush flight to the Kenyan coast. Watch the earth give way to a brilliant blue ocean. By midday, your feet are in warm sand, the air now thick with the scent of salt and spices. Unpack, exhale, and let the pace shift. The ocean is calm, the light softer.
The day is yours to explore Kenya’s other wild side: cultural, soulful, and intimately human. Rise early to walk the shoreline, then visit a local Swahili market or try a cooking class. In the afternoon, swim, snorkel, or simply drift in a hammock. Enjoy fresh seafood as the day ends.
After a final breakfast overlooking the Indian Ocean, take a last walk on the beach. Your driver will collect you for your transfer to the local airport for your flight back to Nairobi, connecting you to your international departure. You leave with the rhythm of the waves still in your ears.
We tailor journeys that are intimate, immersive, and guided by purpose. We don’t follow a template — we listen, curate, and reveal the continent through the lens of your rhythm and wonder.
